April 9, 2011 BardFest Workshop 9:30 -4:30 at Unitarian Universalist Church, 416 Franklin Street in Reading

Joanna V. Groebel presents:

Touching the Source; Painting, Poetry and the Body.
April 9, 2011 9:30-4:30
Unitarian Universalist Church of Berks County

In this workshop, we will woo ourselves into our bodies through gentle movement, and allow ourselves to be a vehicle of expression for Divine Creation in all its infinite variety through an intuitive painting process. Painting is feeling liquified--there is no right or wrong way to do it, no "good" paintings...There is only your truth. Immersion in this painting/moving process is deeply spiritual, and physically, and emotionally nourishing and full of surprises. No experience is necessary to join in. Participants should wear loose layered clothing they would feel comfortable moving in and would not mind getting messy. Please pack a bag lunch and nutritious snacks for yourself.

Space is limited to 11 participants. Please RSVP to Jennifer Gittings-Dalton by phone at 610-370-2629 or by email at
